2005 Mercedes E220 CDi 150 Bhp

Make sure that the ignition system is completely switched off before starting to fit the DTUK Tuning Box

Release the bonnet, then remove the 6 Torx bolts marked by the 6 red dots

Locate the diesel pressure sensor which is circled red.

Pull the 3 pole plug out and connect to the DTUK System to the original connector at the end of the common rail.

Now plug the Tuning box into the end of the loom, and replace engine cover and secure the tuning box in a safe place.

The car is now ready for a test drive.
